today wasn't a good eating day. but i got so many complements on how good i look and how everytime people see me i get thinner and thinner than i think i got caught up in the moment and kept eating. I had baked ziti for dinner -not a lot, but did have soda with it. and then i had a muffin (which is to die for) i get them every so often when i bring my daughter to dance and love them so i had one with a soda - that was probably an aditional 50 grams of fat if not more. oh, well, good thing i'm running. ran for 8.974 mi on the wii

another good day. Amen, i think maybe i have the right frame of mind going. i'm not frustrated and I have been doing lots of clothes shopping and feel good again. so regardless of any weight loss, i have been doing well and have to discipline my self to continue to do well. had a homemade turkey burger for dinner - made with oats and spinach and also had bird's eye peas and mushrooms. - had lots of water. let's see how i keep doing. hopefully i'll keep up my high spirits. ran on the wii for 4.660 mi. did 1/2 hour step and 25 minutes of strenght training.

So i'm pretty pleased with the way the day turned out. I eat good foods all day. at one point when i was hungry i just had a coffee and that was enough to hold me for a while, then went for a bananan later on. no bad choices today. splurged on dinner made eye round roast with mashed potatoes and brocolli. had a little bit of everything. I don't want to make 2 meals so i will try to have dinner with my family like i used to without overdoing it. if i do well during the day i won't feel guilty about a regular dinner. did running on wii 8.488 mi

I gained weight this week. I am up 2 more lbs than usual. I hope it's that time of the month b/se if not i'm so screwed. why is this so hard????????? i hate that i'm not losing. why does it seem like i'm the only one having a hard time? every profile i see is losing exept for me, what am i doing wrong? eating too much - that's the answer.
