well I did my 25 crunches and my 25 situps and a ton of walking today. I did really well on the exercise part of it but then the office went to Ponderosa and since that food is all crap I most likely got no benifits from my exercise today. going to start strong again tomorrow. Tomorrow will also be my tenth day in a row without any sort of soft drinks.

20 Crunches and 20 situps. It may be time to add a little moderate walking to the mix. I may start that tonight. I addfed a ten minute fast walk tonight, it actually felt pretty good.

Super Sunday is a good football day but not so good diet day. I splurged a little but I am back at it today. Oh well my team won and it was a very good game. I will make up for my gluteny today!
