Well I am staying on track, but this cold is kicking me down. It is sad when I have to make myself eat something because otherwise I am worried I wont stay on track later on. Henry has OT tonight and I am stopping my McDonalds so I am planing to have the snack wrap and a diet coke. I am planning to have a skinny cow ice cream for a nighty treat.

small things that make a diffrence to me it seems. I am on week 2 and after a rocky weekend I have discovered a few things about me. 1) I need a plan and I like to have things planned out a little so that it goes a little smoother for me.
2) I need to drink my water-----This happens to be a huge downfall that I need to work on
3) if I sit down and write out what I am eating before I eat it, this gives me time to really think about what I am going to eat and what points are involved.

Well yesterday was a good day I ate 19 points and had 1,000 cal which is telling me that I need to eat more 0 pt veggies since I want my Cal to be around 1,200. I am proud of myself for staying on track. On another note I have a bad head cold, and I have been suffering with that it is only day 3 of the head cold but I am ready for that to be over....LOL

Well I fell off and I fell hard. I am back on the Weight watchers wagon but this weekend I just ate whatever I wanted because we were gone out and I find that it is so easy to follow the plan when I am at home. I just have to keep reminding myself that I can do it.
Chad passed his PT this weekend but he still need to lose 20 pounds so I am getting him to eat well when he is at home because I know that he eats what looks good and not good for him during the day.

I am staying on track, I am still getting use to how the points thing works. I am going to Karalyn's end of the year preschool picnic tonight and I am planning to eat my carrots before I go and then eat some chili when I get home and that will give me enough points left over for my ice cream sandwitch that I want to have so I just need to have will power to not give in to temptation at this picnic. I can do it though and I just need to prove it to myself.
