My clothes are loose! And the compliments are starting. This feels great. Have managed to stay on track, no cravings, FF is really the answer:)

Week 3 and it's getting easier! Feeling more energetic and the clothes are starting to get loose! Sure helps to have a supportive partner in this. Didn't even have trouble picking FF friendly foods at a party yesterday...chose a smaller plate, heaped on the green veggies and shrimp and no-one even noticed that I wasn't holding a big white bun heaped with pulled pork and sauce. Turned down the cake, cause there were strawberries.
Decided to treat myself on Friday nights with one glass of wine. Otherwise, I pour my cranwater into a lovely stemmed glass...seems to do the trick.
No cravings to speak of, and not hungry either! Awesome!

This first week has been really easy, except for the detox effects like the migraine and one very lazy day. Today starting to cut back on coffee, one remaining "bad habit" lol. Using 1/2 regular, 1/2 decaf and next week will wean off to just decaf before total cut off.
Bought a size 12 dress yesterday, not quite able to do up the zipper, but that's going to be a good indication of losing inches.
My fiancee said that whatever weight I'm at for our wedding, is the "ideal weight". He's SUCH a sweetie!
For me, Fat Flush is the way to go! Enough veggies and fruit to keep me happy without cravings.
