Love this as a pre-workout sometimes. Shot coffee, 250ml cold water, 1-2 scoops Vanilla protein powder and lots of ice.

So managed to get some low key exercise in with a 10 hour work shift. Eating everything possible again 😞😣 Did some reading and some tests 'cause this is soooo not normal!! Have a slight idea though, but still rather save than sorry when it comes to one's health. Dr throwing words at me like retrogade amnesia and testing for anemia, Diabetes, thyroid and other mormones (ps: hormones and monster combined cause they can really stuff you up if they don't do their work) 😲😕. Water intake also didn't go so well, but tomorrow is yet another chance do be better and live better!

So went on a binge again 'cause emotional things stirring up after my long positive post (failing myself time after time), but so far the day is going good! I said I'm gonna keep it real so here it is according to yesterday's goals. Each goal not reached will just. e carried over to the next day!
# Social media deactivated ✔
# No more eating my emotions ❌
# Exercise at least 30 min. after a 10 hour shift ❌
Today's goals:
# Any form of exercise for at least 30min.
# I control my emotions, they don't control me - don't binge!
# 2-3 800ml water bottle per day

I never realized how much this app can help till now and reading everybody's inspiring stories. Been in a bad spot emotionally the last while so I feel like a complete mess and failure actually in all aspects of my life at the moment! I can start seeing and feeling it physically as well. Scrolling through Fatsecret this morning I'm amazed how many people actually feel this way.
Im actually a very private person, but I don't have a big support system so gonna try and really keep this app as my Diary and keep myself accountable for anything and everything I eat and do (or don't do for that matter).
My biggest flaw is getting my head straight, starting with a bang and then between 5 days to 2 weeks in I feel drained and binge and get depressed etc..am I the only one?? Yes this is probably somewhat Psychological and yes only I can work on that, but as for today I'm just gonna jump right in even though my mood is not right 'cause it's now or never...and if I look and feel better about myself these things will maybe sort itself out, who knows!
Today's goals:
# I want to deactivate my social media accounts for a while (this has a big influence on my day and it is SO wrong!)
# To not set unrealistic exercise goals for each day, but take my 8-10 hour working days into account
# To not make my goal list to long so I will get overwhelmed and fall back again.
Hopefully this (thousandth) time around things will go better!!
