just found out my thyroid levels are elevated and i recently gained weight very rapidly.
i'm going to be very strict with my low carb over the next few weeks.
my bsl's are all over the place and hope to get these endocrine issues settled today.

I'm just getting over having bronchcitis and a sinus infection. i lost my appetite. getting back on track with eating has been hard but i am snacking. i'm eating grains and simple carbs (corn chips / popcorn), not the healthiest but i know i will get back on track now that i'm feeling better. i was surprised to have lost weight after being in bed for so many days. i'm grateful none the less...
