2nd evening ending with Shakeology. Noticed this morning things reall “moved” 💩, so I’m thinking is was Shakeo from night b4. 6g fiber, 17g protein, and digestive enzymes are just some of the benefits. Let’s see what happens tomorrow.

Water first 20 oz; veggies most 2c arugula w/ 8 piece Chick-Fil-A nuggets; 2T homemade Honey Mustard from Fixate; 12 oz of Malbec wine (2 servings 6 oz each, yes I measured!)

So I got this snack to hold me over in the car ride home with the hubs (who had Chick-fil-a waffle fries readily available!!). The good news, I didn’t eat any waffle fries, the bad news this snack was not very satisfying, save your calories and macros.

2B Lunch water first 20 oz; 1 Italian Stuffed Pepper (made from lean ground Turkey, brown rice, Parmesan cheese, garlic, onion, marinara sauce, & fresh basil. I was still hungry so I drank another 20 oz of water and had another 3/4c stuffing.
