These last 20 lbs are going to be the hardest. UGH this is not as easy as it was before. Things to cut out for the next few months while I run head first into the light: peanut butter, nutella, too many walnuts and cashews, letting go when I eat out, beer, going to Runza, candy from Karen's desk. CMON BATHING SUIT SEASON.

Just went back and looked at my food diary from this time 1 year ago - GROSS. So weird. I am eating fruits and veggies now, and then I was eating PB&J's and beer for every other meal (seems like). Strange. Thanks for archiving that stuff for me, FS. :)

Had a bout of dehydration or something yesterday - blacked out for a moment after exercising (I was at the supermarket - awkward). Not sure why since it was midday, I had had a lot of water that day and I had consumed about 800 calories so far for the day. Not sure what the heck happened but feeling a little better today. Supposed to weigh in tonight, hoping for 1 - 1.5 lbs down :)
