I started my diet program 4 weeks ago, and I have lost an amazing 17 lbs. I do feel
it will be tougher now to continue this weight loss process through ketosis, not in the sense of eating that part has been satisfying and I haven't felt better. Mentally is where the challenge is for me. it takes great discipline to know what is
right and wrong when choosing your daily meals and I still use the 3-day military diet meal outline as a guide keeping in mind calorie content and nutrient
needed for that meal when I decide to substitute. I also know that I need to do some
type of cardio exercise for at least an hour a day. I found that an hour of cardio can be achieved by just doing house cleaning or yard work for an hour and if you work that's even better you get paid for it, Lol.

Current weight was the same from last weigh-in, I am taking this as a positive because I have attained more muscle mass from my daily exercise, as I have explained under this diet your body will burn your existing fat and you will gain muscle mass.
muscle tends to weigh heavier than fat, so there will times that your weight will not change while dieting.

I am continuing to lose weight on the 3-day military diet at a slow but moderate rate that I can live with and continue to be strong. I have substituted mainly the dinner that included hot dogs for a none process meat of my choice. I am not eating any ice cream as outlined for each dinner but instead having a fruit of my choice or nothing at all. I find it hard to eat 1 cup of canned tuna with toast on the 3rd day and instead have replaced canned tuna with fresh fish of my choice with a garden salad. I have green tea with a squeeze of fresh lemon after each dinner which helps with the digestion. I have taken a day off 3 times from this diet now eating at restaurants of my choice but I still consume the minimum calories needed to continue to lose weight which you can get by going online with your current height and weight and punch in minimum calories to lose weight. I continue to exercise for 1 hour either walking, swimming or golfing. I have found it exhausting after a hard workout so I have incorporated a high protein drink with no more than 250 calories to help me after a hard exercise and I can even skip lunch because how filling it is. I drink anywhere from 8 cups of water daily and do so by having water with me where ever I go. As I mentioned you can replace any meal on the military 3-day diet just keep in mind the calories and nutrition for each substitute you make.

Today will make 14 Days since I started this military 3-day diet. I am starting the
military 3-day diet again and will continue doing a back to back 3-day and taking every Sunday off to explore a compatible restaurants meals that I can fit into this program. The best thing I like about this diet is you don't you can substitute meals
on the military diet as long as you stay within the basic calorie and carb. intake. I do love alcohol and miss it dearly and can't wait to reach my personal goal and be able to say cheers to all.
