Solid exercise routine and great eating yesterday....Working resistance training harder then ever!!
Yesterday Really only ate Fruit and Seeds and Beans!

Weight down today on late weigh in after tough workout

Overate GOOD foods yesterday but the trend is continuing and writing it here helps. 173.3 after exercise is an upwards trend!

That old story....even the most OBESE at 1 TIME only had 3 pounds to lose!

Need to push to that magical BMI Mark 168!! Lets use this weekend to DRIVE to the PRIZE!

things going well!....Life different here in the Big Smoke as opposed to the small island!. Biggest challenges are traffic, pace of life! Opportunity for bad habits to creep into life! Not because we are any weaker in one place or another. I think we fall into old habits that are long ingrained. I believe for anyone trying to lose weight the battle is not WHAT WE EAT...it is the internal programming that is so tightly embedded in our lives!....

So stay on top of those things!! Good luck all!!
