Just had my 4pm 'dinner' about as strange as my 10 am 'breakfast'. I would start my IF later in the night but I HAVE TO HAVE COFFEE IN THE MORNINGS! :D Right now i am doing my 3 large coffees with 1/2 a cup of 2 percent milk for all three, but that is because i have 2 percent milk, from my life before keto. It is hard to waste food and i have given ALL my breads noodles cake candy away to my friend. Today I gave her the watermelon I bought when i first started keto and thought watermelon was okay :(

But not to worry. I spent 10 bux on powdered heavy cream. I didn't just buy fresh because i live 30 miles from a store, and my truck is at them mechanic. I want the sugar free french vanilla syrup but i can't afford that yet.

Doing keto is challenging. Doing keto flat broke is insane but i am doing it!

Tonight's dinner was frozen green beans with 1 tbs of butter, trying to get my fat up! And a small hamburger patty. I can not believe how GOOD it was! I use to always have a couple slices of bread with every meal but even this short of time on keto (8 'getting started' days) I am not even craving it :)

When i started i bought a loaf of whole wheat bread, there was like 12 carbs in a slice and i figured i could eat one slice if i wanted... Today I put it in the freezer mostly untouched.

The first days i wanted carbs! bread! fruit! and mostly DONUTS! Today, i am totally satisfied with green beans and hamburger!
