I DID IT! my first day of IF. Not even hungry yet but that is because i am not use to eating breakfast anyway so low ghrelin. I am tracking the hell out of my cream and strips :D i want coffee but i don't want to waste carbs on the 2 percent milk when the cream is on the fedex truck :p I want to break fast with cream...can i wait that long for coffee...let's see

it is 9:00pm where i am and i have done it i think, i still have to get myself to sleep later and wake up i think i can be strong for the next 3 hours
like i said i had been on keto for a week before joining with no cheats at all, i was going to try and do IF with keto, this was like my 'trial' to see if i could, and seems i can :) I might do IF for 22 hours a day or i am thinking because i have had my gallbladder removed it might be better to do it every other day. I am suppose to spread the fat out in meals throughout the day, if i do 1 day keto 1 day fasting, that way i can spread the fat out all day on the keto day.
tomorrow is a big day the 21st of august, my heavy cream powder is going to arrive with my keto strips, the day after that the scales are arriving i am really hoping to see some results
I am really poor, and in big debt over my truck breaking, but i am still considering getting a credit card to buy this-
This month i have already spent about 80 dollars on my health more than i have ever spent, this would cost about 130 but i think it might be an investment in my health worth the debt.... I am still considering tho if i had money i would buy it for sure

Not sure why it added calories for my tea and coffee, pretty sure those are 0 calories. As for my all day fast so far so good :)

note to self- drinking makes me lose will power
at least i am back on track, yesterday i texted my friend to bring donuts when she comes today. i got that in check and told her not to
i am not going to beat myself up on this tho, i figured there would be at least one cheat that happened, today i am back on this and the bread in the freezer is going out the door
also my keto test strips will be in tomorrow, this means that i will have to try extra hard because i wanted to be in ketosis by the time they arrived...wish me luck
