This isn't exactly the values of the food I've eaten today. I've had to just pick what seemed like it might fit with what i ate. I have no idea how many calories in my biriyani or even how much I ate. I've just made a guess.
That said, i'm pretty sure there was a lot of calories in it all.

I had to take a rest day from exercise as last night after exercise, my legs felt a bit stiff. So today i just took teh dog to the beach. She loves the beach and its nicer for her though not as long an exercise session.
Food was good. Just two meals. I'm keeping fats quite low at the moment. I even have left the cheese of my spaghetti.
I hope the scale is down tomorrow.

Again I had to make up for the bad eating i did overnight. So today again i walked up the hill track twice.
I weighed myself before and after and noted a 400g loss. I don't suppose its all fat.
I know this much exercise isn't sustainable so i just hope to get back on track and catch up so i can carry on at a more moderate pace.
I'm trying to keep the fat a bit low at the moment but if i 'm going ot do a lot of exercise, i know i need the carbs for fuel. Of course i only eat the right sort of carbs. I also need to avoid hunger.
