I've had 2 bad eating days in a row, yikes! I need to get back on track, hoping I can get to my first mini goal by summer, which is 250..it would be nice to get to that by our anniversary..wish me luck!

Really need to get to the gym so I can work out, or maybe figure out a way to do something at home, I need to start using the fitness game for kinect but we really don't have a lot of room for it to work right, I wish there was a way to get energy but in order to do that I need to exercise so it's a bit of a conundrum, I just have to focus and make time for it no matter what, I want to see more results but until I work out, I feel I'll stay stagnant.
