Today is day 50 of weight loss in 50 days it will be Xmas time to refocus going out this weekend kinked me off my game a little.
In the last 50 days i am down 33.7 lbs
In the next 50 days i am going to lose 26.3 putting me at 240lb by Xmas day.
I think i need to plan in a eat out day like last weekend but plan a heavy workout the next day to put me back on track and i need to journal it helps . Also not make excuses I didn’t do the gym this morning Wednesday’s always suck but i need to power through.

Sunday run day!
Did my weekly run knocked 13 seconds off for 11:06
Before 83 BPM and 110 over 64
After 111BPM and 123 over 71
30 min 106 BPM and 123 over 83
Max BPM during the run 172
Yesterday was also my first time eating out in over 3 weeks I wasn’t bad but I wasn’t good either the food side was ok had salad and steak and a scotch egg.
The drinks was ok and i had plenty of water before bed and in the morning before my run but i sill feel terrible.
The gym is going to suck today
Also i have started tracking lean body mass i think i may not be losing as much muscle as I feared more data over a longer time will tell
