Been away with work for a week finally back and at the gym in the morning i started out ok hit the gym and the pool each morning but the little things pushed me off. The real skill is getting back on the wagon so i got up today and I’m at the gym. That’s a good start to the day. Also i have found that there are a few key things that keep me on track meditating at the gym, journaling and eating a big salaried for dinner. I tried experimenting with moving some calories earlier in the day but it doesn’t help it make me more likely to snack in the evening. If i am craving something more then i will stop by the shop on the way home and grab a couple of lean stakes and split the salad with my wife.

Nov 21st
Lunch two scoops of nectar protein powder (ended up starting it at like 3pm)
Dinner a Taylor farms bagged salad
Stuff I should not have eaten t packets of meat two chicken and one salmon was planing on changing up my salad’s for dinner and these where meant to be for next week
Nov 22nd breakfast a premier protein and two jack links meat stick packs
I think i need to plan in a “cheat” day having something to look forward too is helpful so Saturday the 30th i will go for a steak and salad and in the second week of December i will be traveling for work so one night out at for a burger and fries.

It is Thursday the 21st and the last 10 day or so i have been so bad at keeping to my diet I’m up about 5 lb’s from my low so starting to day i am going to log my food in the journal until December 6th
My brother was visiting and it was so hard to keep myself on track there is stuff in the fridge I should not eat need to have a clean up and reset
Breakfast for the 21st premier protein and 2 beef Bolton’s sticks
