All'inizio questo aumento mi ha molto demoralizzata, ma ripensandoci si tratta invece di un successo.
Nelle ultime due settimane sono stata in vacanza al mare con famiglia. Normalmente questo tipo di vacanza comporta un aumento di peso di circa 3 chili (tra i pasti più abbondanti e le numerose ore d'ozio), mentre quest'anno si tratta solo di poco più di un chilo.
Da domani si riparte con la vita "normale", e sono sicura che questo chilo se ne andrà in un batter d'occhio!

Ho appena ordinato su Amazon la bilancia Aria e il braccialetto Alta di Fitbit... spero che mi aiutino a rimettermi in pista!
Vi farò sapere se mi ci trovo bene ;)
Intanto la sola idea che il mio peso verrà registrato automaticamente tutti i giorni mi solleva...
