Glute focused leg day however my quads look insane if I even look at our leg room. 🦵
Post workout is bone broth & overnight oats for protein and carbs. We had a ransomware attack at work & lost a lot of data so I’ve been dealing w/ digestive issues.

Hamstring Focused Leg Day
