Well I'm still using my Bodybugg and I'm in love with it. I'm supposed to be losing 3lbs a week. The week before I lost 8lbs. This week I didn't really lose anything. However it's that girl time plus I had a few cheats for girls night out and Valentine's dinner and dessert. We shall see what next week holds. I hit the gym today to help compensate for sitting all day at a conference instead of being on my feet for 8 hours.

well my bodybugg came in two weeks ago. I'm half way through my second week and I completely love it. It teaches me the simple things I need to do. I didn't realize how easy it is to lose weight with simple changes. I didn't grow up in a family where portion size or healthy foods were taught. I just ate whatever I wanted, when I wanted it.
I've set my program to lose 3 pounds a week. I started with a goal of two pounds per week but I was attaining it too easily. 3 pounds a week will get me to 165 in August. It's feeling possible now.
I'm looking forward to seeing 230. It's my next goal. Then 200.

Doing everything I'm supposed to. A bit sad that the 249 wasn't real weight loss.... Hopeful that after this week it'll be back to the 240s... I would like to be UNDER 250....
