Ick, still haven't lost the weight I gained, so I'm guessing that it's not water weight like I'd hoped.
Breakfast: one egg, scrambled
snack: steamed veggies
Lunch: Chicken breast, side salad
snack: string cheese
Dinner: Steak kebabs

So after three days of an all out carb fest, I've gained eight pounds. Granted, some of that might be water weight, but it's still rather depressing and just a reminder of what those nasty carbs do to my body when I just eat and eat and eat them. Today is a brand new start and I'm NOT going to let myself undermine my efforts. Today, the TV will permanantly be on fitTv, because nothing inspires me more than having to see other people work out (other, very fit people). That, and iTunes will be playing in the kitchen to inspire random bouts of dancing.
Good news: My husband comes home in about 24 more days.

Only four pounds to go 'til my next mini goal! Yay! I think I need to buy a new belt. I'm at the last hole on this one, and it's not doing too much good. Doesn't help that I don't have a butt to help hold up my pants! Haha.

lunch: cottage cheese
snack: pistachios
dinner: cheese slices, turkey bacon, and green/red peppers, onions, and tomatos

Breakfast: Egg scramble: red & green peppers, jalepeno, onion, tomato w/ colby jack cheese. Coffe w/ half & half, splenda
snack: string cheese
lunch: grilled turkey burger w/ provolone cheese, side salad.
snack: 30 pistachios
dinner: chicken breast, grilled vegetables
I think I had a 24 hour thing. Whatever it was, I'm glad it's gone!!
