I found out that I am pregnant again yesterday. So I guess I will need to switch my goal to maintain instead of lose. My real goal is not to gain much this pregnancy. I was only 132 lbs. when I got pregnant with my daughter four years ago. Then I gained 60 lbs. with her and 54 lbs. with my son a couple years later. Now I am close to 200 lbs. This time I want to do it right!!

I wish they had a "playing with kids" on the workout menu. I played with the kids in the pool and at the playground and did not know how to log it, so I skipped one and logged the other as "standing" so I wouldn't over-credit myself.

Really bad today, seriously need to stop binging. Tomorrow I start a new exercise routine at the Y pool, so I am going to recommit myself and stick to 1500 calories tomorrow too. Plus, I need to get on track with the no eating after 7 challenge.
