2 weeks postpartum, swelling and fluids are gone. I can't bust my butt on a workout yet, but I can go on walks. Today my journey starts again.
Since I'm breastfeeding my calorie goal will be at 2000 so my milk won't be effected. My doctor suggested that amount last baby. Since breastfeeding burns 500 calories a day that will still leave me with a good deficit.

First day back on here since my pregnancy. I am only five days postpartum so I am going to wait to weigh in until my body is a little further into recovery. I did well and only gained 25 pounds for the pregnancy, now it is time to lose the baby weight from all three babies. I had a healthy baby girl :)
