Boot camp today; felt pretty strong. The key to this thing is planning - planning food, planning exercise, being in control. Plan plan plan! It doesn't hurt that I finally took some before pictures, and MAN, they are not pretty. Motivates me to get this goo off.

...and she's back...
No real change in the weight in 59 days *sigh*
But not giving up! Started P90X on Saturday and it's kicking my butt. Also following (more or less) the P90X nutrition plan, which is basic whole grains, lean protein, fruits and veggies. I say more or less because it calls for only 2 servings of veggies a day (really??) and I want more than that. So here I go.

I've had a couple of false starts the last few weeks. Boot camp started again today, and I really felt the lack of exercise and healthy eating. It kind of ticks me off how quickly you can lose the fitness gains you get from exercising, but it takes much longer to actually make any progress. It is what it is, though. Committing to the healthy eating & exercise yet again today.
