Didn't eat enough during the day yesterday and ended up eating waaaayyyy too much last night, and almost all junk. Need to plan better to eat well during the day, to avoid being ravenous and going off the wagon at night.

Here I go again...
Four months until I turn 40. I have no illusions I'll be a size 6 and don't really aspire to any particular size, but I would like to be comfortable in my own skin and not hurting so much physically and emotionally.
Ordered a Body Bugg this weekend and should get it at some point this week. Does anyone else have one? What do you think? Does it help with accountability? I love tracking things and futzing around with goals and numbers and such, so I'm hoping it will help me stay accountable. Avoiding things like FS is a sure sign I'm heading off track because I'm not being accountable.
