made Saturday a success! Didn't eat until 5 and stopped at 10, just couldn't resist that darn froyo. But still, I felt awesome all day fasting. I felt steady and strong. I am looking forward to today.

IDK what the heck...mostly carbs and sugar are to blame, and messing around with my window, but glad that I went back down so fast... only 3 more and I will be at mini-goal#1. I have a race in two weeks...I would REALLY like to get to 117 by June 15. That's only 3 lbs a week for 2 weeks.

What the heck! One stupid potluck and a bagel and wham-o! Apparently it comes on 3x as fast as it comes off...ok so here I am this morning, back at it, and my fast has been 13 hours so far...I think my goal today will be....if I make it to 6...it will be 23 hours. My window will be 3 hours....but I will focus on eating my chicken with whatever, not bread and sugar. Bread and sugar are entirely responsible for this gain.

spread my window to 7 hours last night and ate cheesecake and frozen yogurt, as well as s.o.s. and other junk...and I have nothing but gain to show for it. Plan is today to just not eat until 3 pm..that will give me 20 hours. I then focus on great food and not whatever I can get my lips on!!
