well here's the Wagon....... and here's me ................-->>> so far off it that I can barely see it in the distance.
it started with a known about visitor and a planned meal out (which was to be salad) So far so good. then there was 'well I'll just have Breakfast' which meant cooked, which translated into more food than I really wanted but I ate (most) of it. Friend commented, "I'm quite impressed that you ate most of that, I thought I would have to eat some of it for you." Gahhhhhh. I should have given up.
That led to. . . . Tomorrow is another day. A Curry night in the church and "It would be rude not to eat the lunch that they've provided". (training day on Thursday) SO TODAY was going so well till I had an accident-ette. I lost my balance and tripped over outside. 2 skinned knees and a very twisted big toe.
I needed to have Cheer-Me-Up food from McDonalds. Of course I did. I couldn't come home and have the salad that I'd planned/?! Pffft. I hate me.
Why do I sabotage?!? (Mind you if I'd eaten earlier, I'd maybe not have tripped.) Tonight's trip to the gym is off as well as trying to drive anywhere for a while, I reckon.

OK.... I need to realise that my mood for the day does not depend on the number on a scale.
I weigh first thing in the morning both before and then after I go to the loo. I used to have the habit of having a poo first thing, but somehow I'm out of that habit, and with reduced amounts of food, it's like I've not got enough in my system to push it along, so to speak.
(I Hope you're not eating your breakfast reading this!)
BUT. . . . recently I've discovered myself removing more clothes just to make the scale go down. This is a small worry that I might occasionally be obsessing - Other times I forget altogether!
Anyway, No real need to tell me I shouldn't weigh every day. As the saying goes, Your Mileage May Vary - and what works for you might not work for me.
