raised the pushups to 20 so today 101
Rowing X with HIIT -
every 10 mins switch to bicep curl grip for 1.5 to 2.0 minutes
- then up out of the rower and with 15lb kettlebells
- 2 x turkish get ups (per side)
- 10 x lateral raises - 10 x standing military press - 10 x tricep extensions
- 20 pushups
