dilema kata orang:
Siang: (saya: duh cm bs mkn sepotong.. udah tdee..) she: udah ga usah itung2... itu dimakan ya dimakan aja... daripada sisa dikit simpen kulkas buang2 plastik / sabun cuci wadah....
sore: she: kamu koq kakinya deket engkel ngelipet (berlemak) lagi? tuh njendul tuh.
saya: ya elah.... lemak di kaki aja diliat... tadi siang katanya surplus2 gpp.... ckckck mau sengaja suruh makan2 supaya berikutnya bisa nyela2 gendutan gitu kah?

Llh-31(+0.5), Lpi-74(-1), Lpu-78.5(-2), Lpa-90(+1.2), Lle-23.3(+0.3), Lph-58, Lda-87(+0.2) biasanya paha hitungnya di tengah paha atas, mulai sekarang hitungnya yg atas hampir pangkal paha 😉
