Waah - only half a pound :0) mind you, to be expected as ate out twice, lots of wine, etc etc - so at least I didn't [ut weight on. I am going to try very hard through May to stay on 1000 cals a day - wish me luck!!!

Buggered things up over the weekend - got drunk Saturday night and then terrible hangover yesterday so ate roast dinner and god shame on me sticky toffee pudding :0( ;0( - so, bet I haven't lost any weight this week!! Its indoor cycling tonight so I need to drag my arse along. I know I am like this cos I am worried about Mr B being so far away :0( missing him!!!

Bodypump this evening! I love it....and it was amazingly easier this time...legs still ache but less wobbly :) Pilates Thursday...tomorrow will get up early and run or something I think :) then have booked Spinning on Friday 7am!!! As seeing Fay evening and can't fit it in otherwise. My bowels are sluggish though..thinking I should maybe start eating All Bran for breakfast as it really works but is high in carbs.....hmmmm

Yayyyy! Lost 3lbs :0) feel really optimistic now that I can reach my goal weight if I persevere - especially as I have not been perfect this last week. Just goes to show how much crap I was eating though! :0/

Weigh in tomorrow - only slightly off 500 cals today but didn't go to Spinning and drank wine as got all excited when the LDL called from the US...so, tomorrow till Friday not drinking except maybe a voddy and tonic on Wed when I am meeting a potential freelance client for dinner. I feel a bit thinner - hope the scales don't disappoint. am gonna take some psyllium this week too get the insides going :0)
