Hmmm - not been a good week. Lot of hassle from my ex. Stressed about work. Managed to go to the gym plenty but ate quite a lot more than I should have and been drinking too :0(. I now have around 8 weeks till I go away and have to get to 10 stone by then - that means need to lose at least 1lb per week if not more between now and then. Am gonna have to cut carbs drastically I think. No more bread, honey, spuds and much less wine. I will do this somehow, just to prove to myself that I can. I just need to remember how amazing it will feel when i get there - I already feel slimmer, so I know it will be worth it....just need to remember NOTHING tastes as good as thin feels.....

Ok...new rules....no junk food in house...it's too tempting. Pretzels, chocolate, cheese, ice cream...none of it can enter the house. I am still being quite good but these things stand between me and 140 pounds!!! So, gonna eat what's left and dump the rest. Clean. Lean. Low carb. No sugar. No crap. I will and can do this.!!!

O.m.g. Carbs in sweetcorn!!!!! Why didn't I realise!!! Might as well have eaten a chocolate bar!!!! 😣

Only another half pound but not surprised as been really crap over the bank holiday and anxious last week so drinking more wine that I should. Back on the straight and narrow today - have not even recorded my food as iit was too depressing and shameful!! Consisted of bagels, wine and pretzels!! bad bad bad!! So, now have 11.5lbs to go to reach 140lbs or 10 stone :0) x

Damn...I have lost my focus totally! I thought it was all going tits with P and so gave up - but tonight he has told me how much he wants me to be with him still..so, I need to get back on it!! Now I actually have to give up booze - its the only way to keep myself focussed. I have blown it today - carb overload, potatoes, bread, pretzels, vino :0(... all i can say is thank God I have 3 months till I leave for the US....cycling tomorrow....then back on 1000 calories a day and also no booze. Bet I havent lost a bit of weight this week :0(....stupid girl! Oh well! As long as I havent put it on!!ps. don't forget why I am doing this and how amazing I will feel in a month when I am 8lbs lighter....
