Grrrr. Baaaad carb day. I feel guilty because I ate a bunch of my homemade salsa just from a bowl with a fork. I stuffed myself with it. And THEN I decided to make the “chips.” They are actually tasty. Not bad for my first time making anything keto. I’ve been cleaning all day because I quartered those meds and I feel so much better. But I finally had to stop because something is wrong with my foot. Jan 1st I fell and broke my right arm (broke the left one in October) and possibly twisted my ankle. But it goes way beyond that now. Grrrr in the carbs.

I don’t usually weigh so close together, days wise. But you know how you can actually feel lighter when you’re losing? Yeah that’s happening. And I already notice a significant improvement of my knee pain. As in I can get up from the couch and there’s little to no pain in my knees. I’m averaging a lb a day at 10 days into the diet. I’m learning but I’m so pleased. 😋😋😋

They don’t look very pretty but then, once they’re in your stomach they likely look much worse. I had some cooked bacon in the fridge and crumbled that up into the filling and ate three halves. So yummy.

Tomorrow I’ll be making these chips. If anybody wants the web site, I’ll give it to you. Because I didn’t get the directions for this:
2 cups Blanched almond flour
1/2 tsp Chili powder
1/2 tsp Garlic powder

I'm having a Dannon Lite & Fit. I realize this is 8g but in the mornings I am never hungry. So I'm just trying to make myself eat something. And to be honest, it tastes so good! I also just had two hard boiled eggs. I'm stuffed.
