Well this isn’t Texas Roadhouse whatever. It’s just sautéed mushrooms (in butter) with a little Mozzarella cheese melted on top.

I pan fried a boneless and skinless chicken breast. It stayed so moist inside I think that’s the way to go. I ate half and it was so good. I read chicken breasts provide a lot of protein. I’m glad I tried cooking it this way today.
I was reaching for a microwaveable glass bowl to heat the green beans. And one of them fell
out of the cupboard and just shattered. This has happened before, breaking glass, and my dogs all think they need to know about it. Lol.
Struggled to keep them out of the kitch, grabbed a broom and then got my Shop-Vac out and cleaned it up. Nap time now and back to work in a couple hours.

I really don’t know how my carbs are so high. I had homemade salsa for lunch. It’s tomatoes, onion, garlic, cilantro and yes I cut up avocado when I make it but where are the carbs coming from? Uggghhhh. And I went over my self-imposed 1200 calories a day.
I see doc tomorrow and at least I’ve definitely shed pounds. On my scale (which is what I’m going by), I’m down 10 lbs. it’s starting to be light out really early so maybe I’ll start walking two of three dogs.
But the Maltese, the tiny guy, can’t keep up very well and I always end up carrying him. Lol. But it’s the Lab who doesn’t get to go. Since he pulled me down in the street in October, he hasn’t been walked sincez. I broke my left arm and two ribs. So, no.
