Lunch- knock your sprouts of bread with simply nature organic Turkey breast two slices, tomatoes, lettuce, one egg and one slice of bacon.

Breakfast- best pancakes recipe; 1/2 oats ( farmers we know organic oats ) 1/2 banana, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp of baking powder, 2 tbsp water I also added some apples, blueberries, chia seeds and cinnamon. Little drizzle of pure maple syrup. 👍🏽

Toast ( knock your sprouts off bread) with organic peanut butter, the jelly is just strawberries smashed. Taste amazing 🤤
