Well today is the first day of the year and i have to say i fell great i have lost a little over 6lbs and i have to say that i think this is the easiest it has ever been for me to loose to eat meat and eggs is easy so far i am ampped up about this and for the first time my mom is Happy to here i have found something that is working for me she is going to do it with me too even though she don't need to she weighs all of 100lbs but it will be good motivation for me. i also love the way i can input the food that i eat if it isn't on the list directory well HAVE A GREAT AND HAPPY NEW YEAR AND MAY ALL YOUR WEIGHT LOSS BE SUCCESSFUL
