Still here .
Haven't logged in much this week. Mourning takes a lot of the pleasure out of eating it seems.
been basically fasting most days with just water and black coffee. so nothing really to report.
I did break down last night and eat 4 Reeses easter eggs. there goes the no carbs no sugar thing. but really I'm not worried in truth they tasted terrible and disagreed with my stomach so won't be doing that again.
planning on making lamb tonight it's my fave so hopefully it will help to kick my appetite In again.
I live fasting but I know there is a point where it is no longer helpful so really need to intake some real calories.

Home and back to the new normal today.
surprisingly not to much of a gain considering all the sweets and carbs people brought to the house. what ever happened to bringing flowers at least I wouldn't have been tempted to eat those.
Dad has been cremated and we will scatter remains in July.
