Hey everyone thought maybe I should check in.
this last 6 months has been brutal. procedures and surgeries postponed , set off a chain reaction of emotional eating and depression.
ballooned up too 216.
trying to get it under control am back down to 201. Now to work my way back to 165 goal.
cant do much for exercise as the spinal issues are unchanged but I try to at least walk a ttyl of 2 hrs a day intermittently and reducing my food intake again. any way just wanted to say hey and let y'all know I'm still alive lol.
good job to all of you for sticking to it.

I need to take some time to say hi.
it's been about a month since I weighed in.
in that time I've continued with my physio. results are sporadic. It helps but I dont really feel it's a long term solution. My spondylolithesis is a long term problem. the vertebrae are fractured and the discs are degenerative. And yet no surgery scheduled. not even a referral to a back specialist. changing doc's as he doesn't seem to want to do anything but push pain meds which I refuse to take. I feel like if your pushing codeine and morphine on a person than maybe alleviating the problem may be a better solution than getting your patient addicted to pain meds.
so on that note have been frustrated and feeling helpless thus the long absence.
on a good note my daughter had a beautiful 8 lb surrobaby girl.
shes healthy and gorgeous and her daddies are ecstatic.
been maintaining on keto but not really losing any weight. I truly believe that pain and stress and trauma make your body hold weight.
has anyone any experience with this?

Its been awhile. still trying to stay on keto. haven't weighed my self in a while .
I find my self thinking about my dad then I'm not hungry. So I think I may be in starvation mode.
Also my daughter is ready to have her surrogacy baby and my sleep patterns tend to get messed up. in labor.......out of labor...... to many things to worry about these days.
on a good note physio seems to be helpful. I can feel my feet again with no vibrations in my legs. yay small victories.
I haven't weighed in a while kind of afraid of the scale lol.
I'm just gonna keep carrying on.
