looking forward to week 3 because it is a challenge for me to exercise REGULARLY, i always have great intentions but no follow through! haha :)and it would be such an enormous benefit for me.

It was an eye opener to learn that my organic wheat bread is 110 calories a slice. I usually only have one slice anyway because I have issues with bread but it is very, very interesting the things you find out when you take a look. :)

It can be very discouraging when you are working really hard, suffering, and giving it your all to have a weight gain. Yet there can be many reasons for a weight gain. It would almost be better not to weigh. Im debating if I should. I don't want to get discouraged right away. Exercise my butt off and actually not lose but gain. GAH! That will be hard to take. You know because I want so much to make some headway but it is so hard to lose weight. So easy it seems to gain it. I guess I could just look at it as a sign that I have to work even harder because I am determined to get this weight off but Im worried it will just discourage me. At this point, I am barely fitting in any of my clothes anymore. I am not wanting to buy more clothes. haha I can't afford it right now. So what am I going to wear?? Just need to remember not to get discouraged! It's a lifestyle change I need anyway not just weight loss. I need to learn to live healthier because eating careless and not sleeping and such is not a healthy way to live and I just want to be healthy. :)
