I am really learning A LOT about the foods I eat and the choices I make thanks to fatsecret. I've had a few eye openers, let me tell you. haha As I continue to learn, I see my way of eating is evolving into smarter eating. Like tonight I added water to my dressing because I like the taste but it doesn't add much value except big calories so I diluted it a bit. It spreads much better and I can add more of some of the other things I like that fill me up more like a chopped up egg and some chopped up chicken. Even when I slip, and I do! I'm well under the huge calories I used to eat without even being aware of it. I'm feeling more energetic too as all that heavy weight melts away. As the weight grew, I felt myself becoming more and more exhausted. I couldn't even hardly get off the couch anymore. I was panting. I had nothing to wear. All the clothes I had just bought were now getting extremely tight, I already had a wardrobe for 3 different sizes and I couldn't bear to buy any more. Hopefully, as my energy increases, so will my activity and I can turn the downward spiral around and the good news is I'll have clothes to wear on my way back down!:)
