So today is Day 1 of Phase 1 again of the plan. I really crashed it this weekend eating anything and everything. It just so happens that today is the first day of TOM as well so I'm really doing double duty! Times are really tough (diet wise) and I'm trying to get through it one day at a time. I'm not really hungry though but my head is throbing, stomach cramps, and I'm so ready to go.
I even forced myself to go to the gym and did step class. I was the only one without a bumper but I didn't care because I got through the work out and burned 519 calories doing so. Tomorrow is zumba and I'm looking forward to that. Gosh my head hurts...it must be the detoxification all over again. :(

So I messed up badddd yesterday. I had 1.5 Nathan Chili Dogs (oh boy oh boy were they great!!) Actually, I at the hot dogs and scooped the chilli, cheese, and onions from inside. I only ate 1/2 of the actual hot dog bun, if that. So I suppose it wasn't the worst it could be.
The weird thing is when I added up all of my calories for the day, including my yummy hot dog "binge", it totalled 1068. I even estimated the calories high! So I don't really know how that happened. I did step class yesterday too (only 500 calories burned in 45 minutes according to my heart rate/calorie watch). I wish I burned more because I was sweating like crazy...even to the point that it was dripping on the floor and I had to mop it up with my towel to avoid slipping.
I don't know, this whole weight loss thing is kind of weird sometimes. I still plan on enjoying my mothers day weekend at the beach. Until then, I don't plan on messing up, however, I have already planned on messing up while on my mini vacation. So taking that into consideration, I plan on restarting phase 1 of the program on Monday, May 11th to re-detox all over again.
I worked out today as well at Zumba. I don't know how many calories I burned because I left my watch at my desk!!! It takes a good 8-9 minutes just to walk to the gym (which is in the basement of my building) alone. This place is huge and I know it might sound silly but it really takes forever. I really didn't want to go back plus I would have missed my class so I had to endure.
I'm very sore right now and can't wait for my mother's day celebration at the beach with my family this weekend!

So Mother's Day is coming soon. I am already planning what exactly I want to eat not SHOULD eat. Hmmm, this is going to be hard this weekend. My husband and children are going to take me to the beach where there is a lot of yummy foods. For example, the boardwalk has those yummy caramel popcorn (stay away stay away --- what I'm trying to tell my self to prepare), very good fish, & southern food. The fish won't be too bad but everytime we go to the beach, we get a room, and have a little "date" night between the two of us. How am I going to turn down red wine or vodka? It is my day...only one day per year. :S

It feels pretty good to see this drop on the scale. I'm actually very proud of myself. I think that I have to break the diet for one meal today though because I have been feeling extremely dizzy and wanting to vomit for almost 24 hours now. I've even had a massive headacke. It could be because of this crazy changing weather or the detox actually working. Either way, I'm not going to beat myself up tooooo much if I break it for one meal today and keep going after that. I almost went to the hospital because I was feeling soooo bad....:(
