Definitely put some weight back on. Haven't even been attempting to be healthy in any way what-so-ever. A friend from high school has been showing her weight loss journey on facebook and her results are amazing. It has really inspired me to get back on track. She is now a coach at BeachBody and is going to be helping me along. Along with recording my meals on here I am going to be recording my workouts at the BB WOWY gym. I hope this helps hold me accountable.

Where do I start?
I went out drinking Wednesday night. That was my first bad decision. Of course I drank waaay too much and was extremely hungover on Thursday. Which brought me to more bad decisions....eating Burger King and drinking pop. I havent ate fast food or drank pop since December 27th. Extremely disappointed. Not only did I make those bad decisions, but I continued making them the rest of the week. I got in that mentality where I think "Oh I screwed up one day so might as well do bad the rest of the week and start over again Monday". I HATE when I do that. I know the best thing to do is put the mistake in the past and start over healthy at the NEXT MEAL. And I obviously was being really bad because if you look at my food journal, I didn't record anything. So 5 bad days later...here I am again.
The thing that really irritates me is I always do this. I do really good for a couple weeks and then fall out of it. What's my deal and why can't I ever stick to it? But at least it was only 5 days. I usually stop for weeks at a time.
With all that being said, I am skipping my weigh-in for the day. I know I should so I can hold myself accountable for the mistakes I made this week, BUT I don't want to get more down on myself than I already am. So here is to a better week and weighing in again next Monday.

I was worried about weighing in today after going over my RDI multiple times this week. However, I still lost a lb. I will take any loss and move on with a better week!
