I've stayed the same weight. I was disappointed, until my support group pointed out that I'd been on holiday for a week. They asked me: 'How often have you been on holiday and not put on any weight?' Wow. They were right. I'd done really well. It's all about how you look at things, isn't it. Ready to lose more this week, despite a smart dinner on Saturday which will not derail me.
