I completely dropped off during the holiday but have been back on track and I actually can't believe I am only .5 from where I was last time I logged in a loss. I am feeling good about this past week and as of today I have lost 4 lbs in 4 days! That is what is so encouraging about this plan. The weekend makes me nervous because of sitting around the house and the temptation. The work week is SO much easier because I only bring what I am to eat for the day. I bring no pocket change to tempt me at the vending machines. I am ready!

This week has been hard with Halloween treats all over the office and at home. I did reasonably well, but it will impact my total number for this phase. I am okay though. I will not throw in the towel like so many times before. Een though I haven't been perfect with eating I have been VASTLY better then if I wasn't really trying and I did really well with exercise. Reading everyone's success helps keep me focused on the prize!

Day One: I have never used a site like this so it is all a bit foreign to me. I came upon the site by accident and really liked what I saw. I was nervous about getting 60 minutes of exercise in but it wasn't too bad. My food has been so far so good and I haven't been overly hungry which is great too. I need to drink more water. When I registered yesterday I used my weight from the previous Monday and today I was down to 171.5! That was fantastic considering I was at a conference Sunday-Wednesday last week. I didn't go crazy but I was no angel either. I did get in exercise so that obviously helped!
