I won't weigh again until the end of the week. Today begin's 40 challenge and I am excited. I really like the Mypypeline site. I get sick of the same old routine and this helps me to mix it up a bit. I am so pleased with my exercise results this a.m. and I will get in a walk across campus a couple of times today so that will help too.

I am not sure how I got up to 173.5. I thought I had been eating better. After several health set backs this summer I have been exercising more, but the scale moves up instead of down. I am obviously kidding myself in some capacity. I am ready to get started again. I don't care that Thanksgiving is on the way. With any luck I will be down under 170 by then. I don't recognize my body anymore. I do not want to look like this or feel like this amymore. Here's to starting over.

I am getting back on the program more dilgently starting Monday. I have been exercising a ton and I am surprised that I only lost 3.5lbs in 2 weeks. I need to focus on being down. That is what really matters.

I was worried about the weekend because there are so many more food options all around, all the time, but I feel good how it went and I did great with exercise so although I am nervous about weighing tomorrow, I know that I did the right things. I am moving into birthday season for me which means lots of food distractions. I know that I will have to pick and choose when I celebrate and I am okay with that. I am very focused right now and I don't want to do anything to lose that. I need to use that focus to my advantage and get the most out of it as I can.
