I have to say I have been on a depression binge eating spree. I wake in the morning feeling miserable for what I am doing to myself.
my husband lost his job again last week and I have done nothing but eat since.
I am really going to focus on making myself healthy again.
I have been eating at 10 at night when I finally get home and that is way to late.
Sunday night I will begin the Pruvit 60 hour Reboot to clean my system and start fresh.
Hopefully I can learn to stop sabotaging myself.

So excited to be in onderland. I feel this is a start for me.
I did a Pruvit Reboot which is a fast but extended it to 5 days to purge my system of sugar. Making Keto Cream Cheese Pancakes for breakfast this morning.

I am really working this time to get back on track.
I joined a 10 day water challenge to drink a gallon of water a day.
Starting Sunday I am doing the Pruvit 60 hour Reboot.
those should get me off to a good start going Keto.

Time to stop this weight gain spiral. last year I did HCG but cannot seem to get focused this year to lose weight.
Too many things on my mind. So much stress from my husband losing his job about 2 1/2 years ago. Well finally someone has given him a chance. he is on probation 2 more weeks. we are both on bbn pins and needles and I find myself stuffing everything in n my mouth.
Today i have started a sugar detox to get back on track.
I know I feel so much better eating healthy and my asthma doesn't bother me as much.
