Well my week of planned keto snacks and meals and motivation kinda took a crap this morning... 24hrs into keto again and my fridge decided to die over night or sometime yesterday without us noticing. We fully stocked the fridge with meats, cheeses, low carb veggies, creams, butters, pickles, miracle noodles, tofu, nuts and nut butters... now everything has spoiled... 😳☹️😱😩😭
I was hopeful of some items and gave a sniff or sip test... I cannot get the sour milk taste out of my mouth 🤢
I really wish I could catch a break and things could go smoothly for me... making keto WOE more obtainable for me. Pretty bummed out right now. And this was definitely not something we could afford to happen especially right after paying rent and fully stocking the fridge... 😩

I am back.
I hope I can stick with it this time.
Summer is upon us...
I need to stay motivated.
I need to get healthier and be more confident.
I need to not cheat myself this time around!!

Not happy about this. But I have been eating freely and whatever I wanted for the last several months. So things should/could have been worse!
I weighed myself today for the first time in a long time...
I was fully clothed, drank a LOT of water (it’s real hot here today), two cups of coffee with only heavy cream and a small handful of almonds (14 to be exact)...
I weighed myself when I did to chart my fluctuation... the good news is that I should only be going down from here... 🤷♀️

Sooo this doesn’t shock me. I have slowed down on my weight loss... but I have also indulged in Foods I probably shouldn’t have over the last two weeks, I have had nachos, gf pizza, French fries and beef soup with potatoes and beans... 😱
Writing it out makes me feel way worse. It’s so easy to cheat and not log and try not to think about it. But admitting I failed my WOE kinda sucks. But I didn’t gain... so is this a NSV?!
I have been mega cleaning the house. I joined Norwex as a consultant because I fell in love with this stuff. So I haven’t been on the computer or couch and I have been cleaning like a mad woman 👍 maybe that’s why I didn’t gain...
I have also had to donate several pairs of pants because even though the scale isn’t moving I notice my midsection shrinking and pants falling off in public is kinda frowned upon... 🤷♀️

SF jello with some reddi whip is going to be my new obsession. Less than one NC... but tasted somewhere in between a strawberry cheesecake and strawberry shortcake. Even my bf enjoyed it! I have wanted to cut fake sugar out but it helps me not cheat?!
