Day 5 of 30DS
Oh yay! I'm half-way through level 1 of 30DS. I don't have any major muscle pain. I still can't do the first round of cardio straight and I took a rest during bicycle crunch sesh. I'm still happy with my progress regardless.
Tonight and tomorrow, I'll be at my bf's. I'm thinking a way to do 30DS over there. Sigh. Hopefully he won't make me fattening tonight. <3

Day 4 of 30DS
It's getting okay. I cheated on the first set of cardio and bicycle crunch. I didn't eat too much today because I'm not with my bf. haha!
I turned on the heater and did 30 DS. It helped me to sweat a little ^^. I can't wait till I see my abs coming out.

Omg!! I went to the cinema with my bf and we sneaked Nando's in as we didn't have time to have a proper dinner last night. I ordered veggie burger and I never knew that it contains whooping 700kcal! T__T I will try avoid fast food.
Today is Day 3 of 30DS. Bicycle crunch.. argh! It's so hard.

After dinner, I had an urge to binge. I wanted chocolate. So bf & I went out to the shops and got bags of choco lol. Thank god, I don't live with him. I had malteasers and mars bars. Oh man.

Yesterday was my first day of 30 Day Shred (DS) Level 1. To my surprise, I was able to do all of it except the bicycle crunch. It is so hard cause I have never done it before.
Today, I have slight muscle pain on my thighs and my shoulder. Haha! It is way more tolerable than the pain I got from the first time I did 30DS.
So, it's Day 2 of 30DS. Bicycle crunch is still my weakest. As I have muscle pain, I cheated and took a rest during one jumping rope sesh.
I'm not sure if the weather is too cold making me can't really sweat after doing 30DS. :)
