worked out last night...felt great...not even sore today like I thought I would be!!! Cardio tonight...which should be interesting considering I smoked a lot this weekend...hopefully my mouth feels better too..had to get my wisdom tooth infection taken care of today...MAN DID THAT HURT!!! feels better already...sort of!! Anyway...need to really drink more water and watch what I eat...starting that now...

well...here I am...haven't worked out in almost a week, and I am very disappointed in myself...to my defense it was a pretty busy Thanksgiving weekend, but I could have squeezed in a workout or 2...dumb dumb dumb....so, i am starting over today...Kristin is joining the gym tonight and hopefully she will help me stay on track...but I have to rely on my own ambition also!! I am going to call this Day 1 #2!!

I did the eliptical yesterday for 30 minutes...BORING!! I need something else I think along with that for cardio, but now that the snow is coming it will be one of the only options at this time...Today is weight training again...i really want to see results soon...it's only been a week, and I know I have to be patient, but it sure is hard!! At least I still enjoy going to the gym!! I haven't stepped on a scale yet either, so maybe it will show a slight decrease!! I can't believe I allowed myself to get above 200 pounds!!! going to do my best to work out tomorrow too, even though its thanksgiving...

worked out again last night...I ams till really enjoying it. There are a few exercises that I should bump up the weight on, but I will wait until after my first 2 weeks. Today is a cardio day...let my muscles rest. I am still very excited to work out, let's hope the motivation continues.

went through the basic 8 on Friday. It went really well, but I am still super sore in my shoulders, and under arms. need to find a way to losen up for more weights today.
