Weighed myself at Boots wearing my wraps. Gave me a reading of 185 kgs, 1.64m and 68.8 BMI. I found it hard to straighten my knees and spine. So sad. That is what you get when you are walking with sticks and get used to bending over them as well as sleeping in an armchair with your head hanging over your chest. Not proud of it. I am surprised that I maintained my weight (more or less) because I have eaten badly all these weeks due to illness and frustration. OK, onwards and upwards now. Time to start recording food again. Probably from Monday ;)
