Week 1 done and down 1 kg. I survived the weekend and manage to keep to my eating program without too much of a problem. I had a rest day from the gym yesterday and will start again tonight. Hard work pays off. Good luck to all the rest.

#FatMustFall!!
Today I am very proud of myself. Hubby and kids had McDonald's last night and I prepared my dinner which was grilled chicken, green salad and butternut chips. Hubby worked last night and left his coke on the kitchen counter, for me to finish a 2l of coke a night is no problem, I took the container of coke and washed it down the basin without taking a sip. I will log my weight once a week on a Monday but my curiosity got the better of me this morning and I had to check.... I lost 1kg from Monday to today. Hard work pays off, now just to get past the 1st weekend but I'm committed this time.My summer body will be ready when we leave for holiday on the 15th of December. Good luck to all the other losers

Last night I started with Level 2 of the 30 day shred by Jillean Michaels...Can I just say this women is a beast and such an inspiration to me. Even if I'm going slow as long as I'm moving that is all that matters at the moment.Healthy eating has been going good so far, the problem is not when I'm at work, it is when I'm at home and all the sweets and chips for the kids are in the cupboard just waiting for me to eat them....hehehe.It is amazing how much better a person feels when you are eating good and healthy. I'm not seeing it as a diet anymore, I'm trying to change my lifestyle. It is so much easier not worrying about what you eat, but the guilt and shame is not worth it.Keep strong all, you are strong and amazing and you can do this!

So keeping good and on track for the entire winter, I go and mess it all up in the first month of spring. I'm back on track.....I'm so tired of starting over so this time I will do my best to stick to healthy eating and my exercise program. It's been hard with the 2 kids, doing the entire house on my own and not having time to plan and prepare my food. I've got help in the house again and will start planning and preparing my food at night.We are going on holiday on the 15th of December and I will do my best to look exactly like I want to by that time. Good luck to all for the new week and month...We CAN do this!!

Training has been going great. On day 7 of my 30 day shred and still going strong. My husband bought me a gym (Trojan power station 610) I'm still a bit new to this "monster machine" but I'm getting there. I would just like to know, I've been gaining weight.... is this normal when you train with weights? I've heard a lot of people telling me that muscle weighs more than fat. I don't feel like I gained weight, and I'm sure that I lost some cm's. I will stay away from the scale for the next few weeks and try to stop measuring my success to what the scale says.
