Hope everyone is having a wonderful Thursday!!!
I started off with a 50 minute trip on the Elliptical. First time back on it since I strained both feet with plantar fascitious.
Elliptical put me throught the ringer, you could say. Good workout at average of 130 bpm on heart monitor.
Last night I was wondering why i signed up for the "no Icecream" challenge. Our local grocery has some smoking deals on 1/2 gallons 1.98. I can eat me some ice cream. Oh well I don't need the sugar or the fats.
Will try to do some squats today......6 sets with 50 pound dumbbells. My quad should be doin some screamin.
Have a great day everyone.

Made it another night without getting into the snacking/craving. Wanted some PeanutButter last night but was good.
Had a good Spin bike ride this morning for about 50 minutes at 130 bpm.
Had a good breakfast of dried egg whites and some pita bread also.
Looking forward to nice lunch.
Bought a wood floor cleaner from Hoover and hope to try it out today/night.
Everyone out there in FS land.....Keep the faith.

Good start to the day with 50 mins of recumbant bike at around 130 bpm. Love when I get my cardio done early, it makes for such a great start to the day.
Plantar pain is almost nothing. I'm about 99 percent and can't believe the difference it makes. Just last week I was in such pain I didn't want to do anything.
Hope everyone has a great Tuesday with food and exercise programs. Like K says.......This is your Life now!
